Employment and Training
Cuddon is built on the foundations of strong family values. We invest in our people to inspire and equip them with skills to be the best they can be in their chosen field. Safe working and well-being are always a top priority for us.
All Cuddon staff are encouraged to continue training and upskilling throughout their career with us. We currently support over 15 apprentices and others who are working through engineering studies.
Our vision is to develop skilled tradespeople and engineering professionals that can contribute locally and New Zealand wide to improve our environment and standard of living through innovative engineering solutions.
Apprenticeships
Cuddon has been a longstanding employer of apprentices in Marlborough. Each year we endeavor to employ 4-6 new apprentices to develop the local engineering capability.
Engineering Student Intern Opportunities
Each year we employ a number of engineering students undertaking workshop experience or engineering work with our R&D team. Working as an intern at Cuddon is an ideal pathway to one of our Engineering scholarships.
