Wayne Nicholas is the Administration Manager at Cuddon. Wayne started with Cuddon in 1985. He has been in roles covering all administration areas, including product control and computer network management. This wealth of experience has given him a strong understanding of the processes and controls needed to run the organisation efficiently, leading to his current role as Administration Manager.

Wayne's love for Cuddon comes from being part of a history-making company and witnessing the growth of young apprentices into skilled tradespeople. He loves the camaraderie within the company and enjoys seeing the company's ongoing support to its employees and the community.

Outside of work, Wayne is a married family man with three adult children. They all share fond memories of growing up with Cuddon, particularly the annual Cuddon Social Club Christmas parties. Wayne also has a passion for the outdoors; he owns a small vineyard that greatly contrasts office life. When he isn't tending to his vineyard, he enjoys getting up to the Marlborough sounds,

Wayne has been actively involved in various staff sports teams over the years, including football, indoor netball, volleyball, touch rugby and mountain biking; Wayne's commitment to these teams highlights his team spirit and commitment to fostering strong relationships among all staff members.

Wayne is an accomplished administrator, mentor, sports enthusiast, family man, and proud local. His dedication to Cuddon and the wider Marlborough community is evident in his professional achievements and personal interests.
